3:45 - 4:00 pm (Approx.) Award Presentation. Award's and prize money will be presented from the First through Fifth place with recognition for the Fourth and Fifth place, as well as Reserve Champion and Grand Champion.
Prize money distribution: a.Overall $1500 - Grand Champion, b. $750 Reserve Grand Champion, c. $250 Reserve Reserve, d. Each Categories: Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork butt or Shoulder and Beef Brisket - 1st - $500, 2nd - $350, 3rd - $250, 4th - $100, 5th - $50.
4:00 - 4:15 pm Top Chef Awards for Best Cooking Demonstration*
1st Place: $500-, 2nd: $300-, 3rd: $200-, 4th-6th: $50-
5:30 pm Departure from sites.
